I found these at Wal-Mart which shocked me because they usually do not get this kind of thing. The best features of these figures is by far the head sculpts which are truly amazing—my photos do not do them justice. The leg joints on Batman are kind of loose and has difficulty standing even using a McFarlane stand. The Catwoman has tight joints and stands well on the McFarlane stand. She came with a small stand that did not work very well. The suits are very tight so the kind of poses may be limited, and I don’t know how well the fabric will hold up. They look great in vanilla poses and scale well with Mego and Beast Kingdom figures. All in all, these are a good representation of the characters, and takes a little of the sting away from the lack of DC Megos at the moment.

I pre-ordered the Batman from BBTS. I like everything about the Catwoman...but that corset. It's too loose, and ruins Selina's slinky silhouette. There's a Returns Penguin in the line that also looks really good.
There was discussion on these in the NECA subsection of this forum: https://megomuseum.com/community/for...eturns-penguinComment

Great find! They look great. How much were they at Walmart, and were they in the Electronics/Collectibles department or Toy department? May have to pick-up Catwoman as my 8” FTC Julie Newmar Catwoman is not very good.
How does this NECA Catwoman look with your MEGO figures? is she too modern for the recent Batman/Robin/Joker/Riddler? (Not the 50th Anniversary ones, but the ones they released a year or two before them)Last edited by Sabin; May 17, '26, 5:02 PM.Comment
