MOTU movie toys compared with Origins

[Werewolf]

The Core/First Ones movie figures and Origins movie figures are in scale with regular Origins figures but slightly shorter than the cartoon collection figures. They all use the same footpegs and are compatible with all the same vehicles and playsets. The core figures aren't as bulky as Origins and are closer in build to the NA figures. The Core figures are not modular and only the heads come off. The movie Origins share the same parts swapping as the regular Origins figures.

The core figures lack the ankle articulation and boot rotation of the origins figures. Oddly, though, the action feature core Skeletor and He-Man do have the boot rotation. The swords are not the same.

Origins Battle Cat and movie Battle Cat are the same size.

Movie Battle Cat doesn't have knee joint but does have jointed front paws. Movie Battle Cat has a roaring and biting action feature. The roaring is surprisingly loud. The armor does not come off.

Nice comparison, that really does help out. I only picked the budget heroes just to compare. Not sure yet if I want to expand to get the rest.
