Hot Toys Blue/Grey Batman from The Flash

The Flash film was a mess, but I loved seeing Keaton back, and that glimpse of his other bat-suits was tantalizing. Hot Toys teased they were going to make all of them, and I was really hoping for the bue/grey variant. Not only was it a nod to the comics, it looked like one of my favorite Kenner Dark Knight Collection figures, Iron Winch Batman.



Well...be careful what you wish for. Hot Toys IS finally releasing this figure...but the furrowed lines on the cowl and the fact that it swallows the face plate makes the Dark Knight look scared or worried in each image they shared.



The pic on the left makes him look like Napoleon Dynamite in a bat-suit.



I REALLY wanted this figure...but not like this.

The strange forehead wrinkles are there in the film...but I think Hot Toys should have ignored that and just went with the sleeker Batman Returns-type cowl in blue.
