Do you know if this B9 differs compared to the version released a decade or more ago from Diamond Select?

I just saw it on Amazon and I don’t have the older B9. Honestly I think it probably is the same B9. If

Under product details it states this the first electronic robot toy the DST has ever made. It does not mention that it’s ten years old. It doesn’t say old store stock or a repurchase or just warehouse material. It doesn’t say old say batteries included which is not amazing given it may be a decade old
