Yes I will get one set to put in the wall, but for single characters I will get a Superman and Mr. Terrific.

I'm disappointed as well. But I still like it. "Super Powers" was the penultimate toy line I bought as a teenager in the mid-1980s before I decided that I was too old for action figures and was much more interested in my girlfriend. Some of what McFarlane has done in the "Super Powers" line in the last few years has been a disappointment. Some figures have not been the characters I would personally prefer. But overall, this toy line has been great. I welcome a Fortress of Solitute playset, no matter how minimalist.

The Fortress is pitiful. Cardboard and pleather are toy "donts" IMO, why not molded backdrops at that price?

I'd be willing to combine the molded parts with an old Hoth playset, but the price is risible.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

The more I look at it, the less I like it. The Mego CAH "Fortress" (reall the Hall of Justice) is far superior. At least you get some sense of structure there, even with minimal pieces. I can make a better Fortress with the stands from my Christopher Reeve Hot Toys and Mezco figures.

Um just remember that of the three Batman 66 they are all just walls with extra added parts.

And we do not know what Spinmaster or Imaginext Superman 2025 action figures/playsets look like.

Plus you know somebody will be releasing a popcorn bucket with the outer FOS.

I wan't the spin masters figures and Hawkgirl . I quit on Super powers after 3 waves and sold them off and picked up Spin masters figures and even a 12" Atom smasher. My spin masters look a lot like the original Super powers( more play friendly) and even added Swamp Thing

I should have known Todd is more into giving us walls and some furniture for playsets, but this is VERY minimalist. Looks like the "Fortress of Privacy Fence" to me, honestly. I passed on all of that and just went for the deluxe 7" Superman with Krypto. With that set, I think I'm good with merch from this film, unless I find some of it on clearance.
LOL! Those weren't my words for the SP Fortress Set, but I was underwhelmed too and skipped the Super Powers stuff and just went with the Theatrical Superman & Krypto set too. I might get the basic Superman Funko POP! and been done with the file merch too, unless the movie just compels me to pick up the other figures (rare, but it has happened to me before).

If I needed more stuff, I would get this set. Fisher Price has made some nice, fun DC stuff.

I think Spinmaster really does the nicest figures at 12 inch budget price point.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

At one point I was picking up the 12 inch figure on clearance to possible use in a 3D scanner to make Megos but that was put on hold due to parents illness.
