Wow I really like the colour scheme on that one. I have the 1999 release of this toy, which is dark blue with a lot of silver paint highlights, but yours looks much cooler (Bandai seems to change the colouring on their 6 inch kaiju figures every time they re-release them). Nice article.

Yeah I thought the re-release really made this figure look better. I meant to mention the first version.

They usually do change the paint on re-releases. More often than not it's for the worse, but this is an exception to that.
