With that bowler hat and those shoes, he reminds me of the ghosts in that old Mickey, Donald and Goofy short where they are ghost busters.
I hope Target still has some of these marked down next weekend.

That would be "Lonesome Ghosts". I think it's included as an extra feature on "The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad" DVD, and I'm kicking myself for forgetting to watch it last night on Halloween
I hit the Target in Bowling Green this morning to pick up some Halloween items on clearance. I was hoping to find this Mr. Potato Head, but they were sold out already.
