Yeah, most Medicom 12 inchers are very expensive, around $100-200 each. But these two Gatchaman figures ended up getting a much cheaper US release down the line. I wish the same thing happened with their Godzilla and Gamera costume figures.Comment

>with animation & CGR Tech today, that just Look Bad Arse on the Big Screen, given a credible Storyline imo.
It's in the works. (A friend of a friend is working on it.)
There was a new miniseries int he 90's.... but it wasn't so good. It LOOKED good, but the story was kinda blah. (Although they did explain something of the origin of the team at the end: They're based on extraterrestrial angels.) The American comic that came out a few years back was really good; it was pretty much the Japanese version with some of the US show mixed in.

Do they make Keeyup and Tiny as well?
I really liked this show when it was packaged for North America as Battle of the Planets, and I was 8-10 years old! 7 Zark 7....and his dog....whose name I cant remember. Having to get a digital watch so I could yell "TRANSMUTE" in the school yard at recess with my buddies...It was darn popular at the time. Never understood why the only NA merchandising was a coloring book and a line of comics??? Especially since we all now know there were Japanese toys. It would have been simple for Mego to repackage the 8" figures and ship them over here!!??
Never knew about Gatchaman, or the Zoltar he/she thing until a couple years ago.I prefer the old Battle of the Planets take!"Crayons taste like purple!"Comment
