give marvel a break they only made wolverine in his jim lee x-men uniform 5-6 times before.

I thought that I had seen this wave in Wal-Mart just the other day. I had picked up War Path and looked it over and then set it back down. I looked at the others and just decided to pass on these. I ended up buying a bunch of Star Wars/Funko "authorized edition" Bobble Heads instead.
