No, they're pre-orders. They're due at the end of October.
The Hartnell and Troughton figures should be available next week.

I thought Pertwee wore cowboy style boots in the Dalek story, i'm sure i've seen a picture.

I've pre-ordered both sets but i have to say that i prefer the figure that comes with the Sea Devil.
