3 3/4" Marvel design questions

Since I cant find a classic Brown suited Wolverine from the Marvel Heroes line, I decided one from the movie line up would do. Got it home and set it up with the other figures and found out the movie line has those @^$%@ ball joint hips that drive me up the freaking wall. Anybody else hate them? You have to keep swinging them around depending on the pose you want. I detested the Iron Man movie figures last year for the same reason!!

Why does Hasbro even use these anymore when they have a far superior system that they use on the Joe line, and the regular Marvel Heroes line?

See action figures are annoying, stationary cold cast porcelain paperwieghts are superior.
