I was at TRU Friday and saw a new Star Wars playset call "Incident at Uncle Owen's" (or something like that). It had Owen standing at the door of his homestead with a couple stormtroopers approaching. I wondered if it included a charred Baru corpse.

Ah yes one of the many "Domestic disturbances" that happened over at the Lars residence.
Think it was on last weeks episode of "Troopers"Lo there do I see my Father.

No Charred Beru with the playset.
I seriously think the Environment is a Neat idea Personally...
However the Price tag for such a Non-Wanted Piece seems a little far Fetched. ... Those will be on clearance,.. No Doubt real soon, when this yrs ToysRus's X-Mas Exclusives come out.... The Original Knight ..., Often Imitated, However Never Duplicated. The 1st Knight in Customs.

That Lars homestead has already been on the shelves for quite a bit. TrU isn't as clearance quick as Target stores.
I also like the homestead house. Great for dioramas, but including stormtroopers is an odd addition. I think Hasbro was taking a nod both at the fanmade 'Troops' video and at the April Fools joke of crispy Owen and Beru action figures from a few years back.
I wouldn't mind having one with a little pitcher of blue milk and a table.Comment

That playset "Disturbance at Lars Homestead" was released last fall Oct/Nov 08 and is currently on clearance at my local TRU. The set was originally priced at $49.99 which was kind of high considering that the three figures were all reissues from POTF2 (Owen & Beru) and The Saga Collection (Sandtrooper).
The Womp Rat and Building were really the only new pieces in the set, which is why it basically did not sell.Comment

For me, the best thing about Troops is the "Fargo" accent. The Storm Trooper is voiced by the guy who does Die Fledermaus on The Tick cartoon.Comment
