JLU is back in Canada

Saw a replenished wave of JLu in Toys R Us on Friday. Thought I was seeing things, it's the wave with Wonder Pig. I get the feeling that either the cases were simply solid Batman and Superman or they'd been picked clean of Sinestro/Booster. Not really exciting but still, I never thought I'd see JLU here again.

I saw these on Friday too. LOTS of Supes and Batman, and a few Sinestro's (who look very cool) but everything else was picked clean already.
Finally saw a couple of new Infinite Crisis figures too. They had the Shazam set, but I didnt feel like buying a set with Capt. M, and Black Adam just to get Mary. Why oh why couldnt they have done a set with Capt. M Jr., Mary, and Silvana...all new characters, not two rehashes and a new one. Really peeved me with the JLU line....I must have 50 Batmen/Supermen just to get somebody new.

I spotted Booster in there a well, but no Sinestro.

In one episode, Wonder Woman in transformed into a pig. And before she can be changed back, the pig gets loose and runs away. Batman goes out on the quest to recapture Wonder Pig. That's why the pig has the silver bracelots.

Or in the case of Mattel's Wonder Pig figure, she is SUPPOSED to have silver bracelets. As it is she has semi-silver bracelets that look like they were painted by a blind monkey with terets syndrome.

Now that down right insulting....... we all know that the monkeys do a much better paint job than Mattel.

Local TRU sold out of these (except for the 100 bazillion Superman figures they always seem to get) already. Which was good, as they were putting out more Infinite Crisis figures to fill the pegs. Finally got Gordon and Nightwing. Now I need Robin.
