Anyone going to SDCC???

I was wondering if anyone here was going to the sdcc and if so is there anyone who would be willing to pick up the dcuc wonder twins with gleek for me? If anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it

Amongst the many rumors floating out of the convention this year, is that there might be a web-site set up to sell the merchandise this year. Something about how the convention grand poobahs are tired of, and getting too many complaints about, long line ups and crowds for exclusives.

I havent seen any confirmation for this so far, and it barely makes sense as thats what exclusives are meant to do--create traffic--so take this rumor as you will. I thinks its hooey.....but it would be nice if it was true!

I might go if work permits. Went last year but man those lines for the exclusives are rediculous. Usually only go up for a day on Saturday.

it's better to just buy it from "dealers" than to stand in those crazy lines. i pay a guy $5 more to get one for me.

The set, minus Gleek, will be available on the mattycollector site sometime after the show. But if anyone is going, I too would like to be added to the list to get the full set.

I usually go for Saturday only, I don't buy any esxclusives those lines are a nightmare... not only that you also have to get a "coupon" before you purchase...

What do you think the lines will be like for the DCIH exclusive Anti-Monitor? Those are available if you trade points for them. I've got points out the wazoo, but I'm not going to be at the show- plus I'm not very trusting in Mattycollector to fulfil orders...
