    Star Wars vehicles

I saw the latest pics for the new Clone Wars Turbo tank, an awesome vehicle I can't wait to see.

But I wonder Anyone know if they are going to re release the AT TE? Iv'e seen new Falcons come out recently at Toys R Us. Ive also seen reissue ARC fighters and drop ships.

Heck The new battle packs have a AT TE crew.

I missed out on getting that 6 legged beauty. I had been hoping they would have kept the run going with the popularity of the Clone Wars show.

Lo there do I see the line of my people back to the begining.
    Lo they do call me.
They bid me take my place among them.

It appears that a few vehicles are being re-released under the new "red" Star Wars logo. No word on the AT-TE. It may because the majority of them had a design flaw problem with the legs popping off all the time. Supposedly, Hasbro was going to fix this problem but I have not heard if they ever did or not. I know I got so frustrated with mine I was thinking about supergluing the legs on, but then I wouldn't be able to pose it.

Saw a real easy fix for this on Youtube. You just need a little section of aquarioum tubing to put inside the post to keep it from compressing and the leg stays on fine.

the tubing thing works pretty well. I have fixed some up that way. I wouldn't say it makes them indestructable, but they stop falling over whenever you walk past them.

This hack is to take 3/16 inner 5/16 outter diameter clear pvc tubing and put it inside the compression fitting at all the joints. It takes about a half inch section per joint. I put the tubing on and then cut what sticks past the joint stub off. Then pop the joint back together. The pvc gives added resistance or 'spring' to the plastic and helps the lip that catches to hold better.

              good luck with it.
