I Am In Need of some Assistance with Blister Packaging

I just purchased a new Trek TMP Kirk & Spock two figure set from Toys R Us

I got a good deal on it since the blister pack was starting to separate from the backing, does anyone know what type of glue, I can use to reglue it, I have tried Elmers and Crazy Glue in the past to no avail.
Any leads will be Aprechiated. Thank You All for taking a few min to read my posing.

Try a hot glue gun! One that dispenses hot glue, not a stolen one ( well at least I thought it was funny! ) Then put some weight on it, like an old phonebook, on the glued down part. Be careful not to get glue all over. Good Luck

Glue guns are too messy for that, this is what the custom box guys use:

Scotch brand double-sided tape (yellow package)

I use elmers glue sticks to reattach blisters.
and place a weight on the edge or Blister to hold down it for 2 hours.
