I don't care about the Lone Ranger enough to really want his costume, or Tonto either for that matter.

but I would love a complete, loose PM Phantom costume.
Looking for Green Arrow accessories, Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver, and Japanese Popy Megos (Battle Cossack and France, Battle of the Planets, Kamen Rider, Ultraman) and World Heroes figures

I had all the reissues at one point. My favorite was teh very last one. Like A Mego Gorn finally being made properly I got the wish and Blue Ranger was out! The Flocking I also still have teh later editions of Kato and Hornet.

I wish I had the Phantom Pirate set too.

I liked flesh Ming. Very freaky, tried to scare the kids in class with that.

But I can't live with the shoulder socket problem.

Wish someone would consider doing a Retro Carded Superhero Disguise? I'd Like to have Superman, Batman, Buck Rogers, Captain America for my Joes.

Not sure what you mean by shoulder problems. I have had probably a dozen of the PM Caps and none had any body issues. Now the PM Action Jackson that was a reduced size version of the CA body.......... more problems than just the shoulders on those. Even the flash had flash on those suckers and they gave SuperJoe a serious race for deteriorating bands and hands.

I've seen some great customs of carded Superheroes. Don't really think any of the majors are going to get into this anymore and the days of cross platform licensing for single vendors is looong gone. Best bet is to get a savvy cardmaker like Anthony or Mego 73 to do a box for you and stitch the costume in yourself.

Love The PM Captain Action costumes. Although I never cared for CA himself. I have a few in my Collection that I use to Kitbash with other figures.
Here's one I did a little while back I posted in this thread.

I still have the three long box ones and a window boxed DR Evil. Wish I'd kept the rest of them. They all were really well done. I especially liked the updated paint job on the long boxed Captain Action. He didn't have that worried expression on his face like the vintage one. The only problems I had with them were loose ankles on both Dr. Evils.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I have the Lone Ranger (red) and Tonto sets. I think they are really fantastic.

Woo! found the boxed Green Hornet costume today!, I don't yet have a Captain Action, but it fits okay on my Fleshtone Dr. Evil (the hat looks too small on him tho).

Great costume and accessories. A few differences from the vintage classic, but still enough retro charm to make this fan happy!

Nothing to add to this post ... but ditto ... same here.

Since I am almost 50, I grew up with the 12" scale figures first (and CA was perfect for my DC and Marvel Superhero fix!!) I'd read a stack of 12 cent comics and re-enact the stories with some of the CA figures (using GI Joes and a lot of imagination to fill in the other characters).

Unfortunately, nothing survived from that time period (yeah, if only I knew then ....) and I had to re-buy a lot of stuff over the years (still don't have the Silver Streak!).

I was really happy when Playing Mantis reissued the CA stuff several years ago but very sad they could not get more licenses at the time. I definitely would have gotten the Jonny Quest set (and anything else they would have come up with then...)

Naturally, getting the Mego-sized CA and Dr. Evil was a thrill, combining my favorite childhood toys (cap'n action & Co) with the mego scale (my "adopted" scale favorite toys).

It seems like things have come full circle now!!

When I can see my DC and Marvel Megos stand next to Captain Action and Dr. Evil now (and in the same scale), it's definitely a case of present and past colliding...
