Anway here is a new 3.75" Star Trek Uhura figure sealed in a "Sulu" package from the factory. I mentioned this on another thread here a couple of days ago. I found this figure as I was looking at the new Trek figures. It is definitely not been tampered with. Here are the pictures.

(kidding about bidding/auctioning this figure) For those that even thought that I was serious calm down already.
I am not even selling it so don't bother. I just wanted to let everyone that collects/buys and looks at these figures to be on the look out in case there might be more of these or other errors like this.
