When I tried to order Mer-Man, Matty went down. When it came back up I checked my order history and it said unsubmitted. What the heck does that mean!?

If it is unsubmitted then it didnt go through. I have spent the last 40 minutes and I think I finally got my order to go through. Until you get the confirmation email, your order is not complete. Keep trying. -
the same thing happened to me with faker. it looks like this time they made more of him or maybe broke up the available stock, because if they run out they'll have more on april 23rdComment

The site won't let you order Mer-Man anymore. It now says coming soon. God, I hate that site. Hopefully I can get one next week when they are supposed to get their second batch of him.

I hate it as well. It should not have been that hard to get a figure. They really need to have more servers or something to that effect. I wanted one but I have no idea how many I will get. I have one order that says submitted and the other says processing. I dont know whats up.Comment

Agreed, it's just bloody ridiculous and it's been like this since last August when Grayskull went up for order. I can understand maybe maybe them still underestimating the demand (but then why not reduce the order quantity from ten?) but there is no excuse for having the site glitch and crash every damn month.

I would expect the same thing to happen when the second shipment goes on sale later in the month. There are still going to be a ton of people trying to sign on and get these so I see another server crash. I really wish that they would have a limit of 3 or 4 so everyone has a chance. There are sellers on ebay already getting over $50.00 for them.Comment

I had a similar issue - system went into the payment processing screen, hung forever, crashed. I didn't get any sort of email, so I re-ordered, and the process took at least 10 minutes, and about 1 minute after I finished I got an email that the first order went through. So yea, now I have two coming. I'll be figuring out some good way to let someone have the extra one through the site - haven't figured out the details yet.Comment
