Wolverine and the X Men figures

Finally saw these today!
When I heard they were 33/4", I figured they would be the same construction as the Marvel Universe figures...which I'm not a fan of. Instead they are better contructed, with nicer proportioning (albeit based on Cartoon proportions) and less "floppy" articulation...which is my main beef against Marvel U!
Kind of a better DC style figure. I'm not into Wolverine or X-Men, but the toys impress! (and they are a buck cheaper than the Marvel U figures??)

For some reason up here in Alberta they are cheaper. the Marvel U figures are priced anywhere between 9.99 and 13.99(!!!) depending on the retailer....with a Canada wide chain (Zellers) selling at the high end of the scale!? This may just be a phenomenon in the Calgary area....the last couple of years, even with the recession, prices here on just about anything have been going nuts!!

I have passed on all the toon ones so far.... I do like Colossus & Iceman ,.. maybe one day.

With all the 3 versions of new Marvel 3 & 3/4 inchers,.. I am a Bit Dissapointed in not 1 female figure yet..., I know 2 versions of the Mrs Marvel are comming,.. but thats All I have scene so far...
