Damn site wouldn't let me order Skeletor.

I keep getting payment errors. I hate, hate, hate HATE, HATE that damn site. An hour call to customer service and I still can't order Skeletor. F this. It's just not worth the hassle. I'm going to see if I can find a reasonable one on ebay.

I better not end up getting charged for a bazzillion Skeletors because of their crap site glitching.

I deleted my card from the site. This is a freaking nightmare. It shouldn't be this much of a hassle to order their stuff. I give up.

It really sucks too. Skeletor is my favorite character.

Mattel should give up that garbage site and sell their stuff exclusively through amazon.

Been trying for 2 hours to complete my order. Keeps saying We're sorry. The payment method selected is not available for your location. Please select another payment method.I called them and they said thats because everyone's ordering them. I keep trying and keep ypu posted. Same thing when I order He-man and Beastman.

I deleted my cookies, cleared my cache and even deleted the card I was using and put it back in. Nothing worked. I kept getting the same error message.

I cannot stress enough how much I hate that site. Never had problems ordering from Hasbro or anyone else really. Just Matty collector. My Sis said she would set up an account and try after she gets home from work tonight. I'll let you know if she has any luck. Because I've given up.

Can the heman figures be bought in stores or just online? I have not collected heman in a long time but this makes me want them again

The new MOTU figures are unfortunately exclusive to that abysmal Matty Collector site. Be prepared for frustration. Lots of it.

I wish they would sell these at regular retail stores.

Update. After 3 plus hours of trying I contacted customer service and spoke to a lady and told her the problem. She was she would try it for me and signed in for for me. She also said she would call me but after asking for my phone number. 20 minutes later she phoned and gave me a order number saying it went in. Talk about customer service!!!! Any one having any luck?
