Sigh....is there really a market for this figure?

Coming soon, apparently in the first half of '09....but knowing their crappy distribution, probbaly not until 4th quarter '09.

I feel the pain about the ones not released yet----but that's
      an awesome release

I got a feeling this will be mattycollector. Just be glad its not the "Waller coming out of the shower grasping for her towel but Batman has it" variant.

Could be worse. Could be "80-year old Waller coming out of the shower grasping for her towel but Batman Beyond has it" from "Epilogue". Brrrrrrr.

Glad to see this being made. She was actualy the main villain (or appeared to be ) for most of season 2.

            LET me get this straight

            they can't/wont make Capt marvel
they wont make a general release hal or grundy
Grodd is only in a 6 pack but this one they make

I woudl bet this is a 6 packer with a bunch of repaints

This line is maddening to me. It's bad enough having to get 2 reissues for 1 new figure ala question, capt atom or galatea

^^^ They are making Cap eventually. Mattel teased it at comicon. If its a 6 pack at Target, hope its with the rest of Task Force X. The Grundy and Grodd figures won't get a single card release because they won't fit in the regular carded format.

I remember when I used to hang at AFI back in 2005-2007, the Waller figure was a much requested one. For me it was Hawkman, Captain Marvel, and Grodd. I stopped collecting the line back when Vigilante was nowhere to be found in stores but he was on eBay for $60.

Thanks, BK, I needed that. I miss the JLU and kind of wish that I stuck with it especially since I recently saw the Bronze Age Batman and Hawkman singles at Target.

I'm not treating this line very well.

I'm a fan -----but don't own ONE figure yet.

It's almost like I'm WAITING for the line to finally cease so I
can buy a big loose lot on Ebay and follow up by nailing the other figures
I want and finally rounding out a collection with a few customs of characters
they probably won't get around to doing...like DEVIL RAY or TOYMAN or
                      something like that.

...but the line keeps reviving itself each year.

I hope it goes on forever...more characters to choose from...
but I haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Not sure I get it....you're an admitted fan, love the line and the character selection and yet haven't pulled the trigger on ONE figure now that the line seems to be winding down??? What th' hell ya waitin' for?

                              You are 100 percent correct.

I don't really know what to say short of a VERY LONG essay on
why I collect what I collect just in general.

I think one main point is that most of my DC collecting budget
goes towards my Megoesque customs collection...but that's just a small
                              part of my...ahem...essay

In spite of not knowing exactly what to say here...I WILL say that
this line is hard for me to wrap my brain around.

I'm not sure how many of the figures I really want.
See, I'm a huge fan of the Timm/Dini shows but don't need every
character that's been made based on their shows.

And also, I don't want to get stuck with too many doubles
by buying the packs that have GRODD and other exclusives
that I really need to have in my collection.

If I DO get doubles, I'd prefer to be stuck with them cheaply
by buying larger loose lots on ebay...but heck knows if I'll
                              even have that opportunity?

I'll tell ya...the GIGANTA two-pack looks great for me to start...
it's an exclusive of a character that I really want---
and the large figure is real unique to the line.
"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris Mannix
