Wave 13 of GIJOE has the new figures based on the new online cartoon coming next year with cobra commander, duke, firefly (a repaint) cobra trooper and a 25th anniversery blow torch.

duke has a scarr on his right cheek like the old joes of 64!

theyre based on the new next year - ONLINE cartoon by hasbro called GIJOE RESOLUTE a more adult theme GIJOE cartoon---no lazers--bullets. joes die, and cobra commander kills a seal.
