DCU Wave 5 Is Out

Saw some on ebay today and I guess they are starting to hit stores. I got the atom and paid about 40.00 for him. I don't mind it saves me from looking and putting gas.

Seems like Riddler is the Easier one to get so far,.. from the Ebay listings.

Easier but still expensive. I purchased the atom only because I don't want to be driving around looking for him. By the time I find him and the gas I put in I would have spent about the same amount. I only want him and black lightning.

Well I walked over to our local Wal-Mart tonight at 11:45 p.m. due to a friend calling me that they had some new DCU figures. My car is broke down and is being repaired but I got so excited that I had to walk. I had no cash so I took an extra two figures I had to so I could return them and get whatever they had. I got to Wal-Mart and they had three cases of unopened wave 5 DCU. I was drooling. I got the Atom and Black Lightning and exchanged the other two for these. The riddler, amazo and eradicator look cool but amazo in my opinion is the better of these three. I wanted him but will have to wait until I get paid. It took me an hour and a half to walk to walmart and back from my house but well worth it. I am a happy camper but also a tired one.

Went to the one close to work yesterday and nothing.

The Walmart near me received one case the day before I got there. Sold out. My local scalper already has two of the figures on ebay. A poster on another board said they had a set extra. So I paid them. Now over a week later and no figures. I am filing a claim with paypal. But it still sucks. Hopefully I will get my money back. If anyone finds an extra Atom, I'd love to get one. This forum is much smaller unlike the other one I tried. And I have had better luck buy and selling to people here.

I know I wanted to get two of each to help out a few buddies here but I was real short on cash and was unable to. If I see anymore or if my WalMart gets any I will let you know.
