they fit together so well lol, I only have the one DC Direct figure of Batgirl unmasked, and she looks great next to Mattel's Batman. I was told by a guy at a comic shop that Mattel used some of the molds from DC Direct ... I should have known better than to trust him
... He was way off on his Mego info also lol

The only time Mattel used DC Direct molds was for the inital Justice League animated figures. DCD had them sculpted while Hasbro's hold on the license was winding down. When Mattel got it, they used the sculpts to launch the line.they fit together so well lol, I only have the one DC Direct figure of Batgirl unmasked, and she looks great next to Mattel's Batman. The Adams Batman has been asked for since even before DCD could make Superman and Batman figures (at first Hasbro had a stranglehold on those two and all related characters). Why DCD hasn't put one out yet is beyond me. I have an awesome custom of an Adams Batman by Matt "Iron Cow" Cauly made from the original Adams-inspired Hal Jordan GL figure from DCD. It is super sweet, and I doubt DCD will do it better, if they ever do.
The Mattel one is a nice generic Bronze Age Bats, but he's not "Adams" enough. We need Adams, Aparo and Rogers Batmen! And Dick Sprang dagnabbit!
