GI Joe White Uniform???

I picked up this uniform with a lot of vintage G.I., Joe items, I was wondering if anybody can tell me whether this is actually a GIA uniform and if so, what uniform is it? The tag is marked Hong Kong but no, G.I. Joe. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a knock off, vintage knock off, but not Hasbro GiJoe.
