    Need ID: '70s Owl-Projector game

Does anyone remember an a purple (?) plastic owl that projected spooky scenes, from around maybe 1974?

The slides fit into the back/neck. I think it was a type of game. The owl itself had molded details and was about 8"-10" high.

Still haven't been able to find out what this game, or toy, was but I did find a website that has page scans from several different vintage Christmas catalogs. I searched though the images until it seemed like my eyes started to cross so I finally gave up. Maybe you'll have better luck: WishbookWeb.com

Thanks, Racer, for the link. I'm sure it was from a catalog, as catalogs influenced all my holiday requests!

This is one of those post where at first my given reply is "nope, never heard of it". However after thinking about it for a few hours, it seems familiar to a degree. Though I was way too young when this was allegedly made, is it possible that this Owl Projector was available for purchase through any of the Famous Monsters magazines? If so, it stands to chance I may have seen it scrolling through a back issue. It would be some real work, but I can take
a look through them at some point down the road if no one comes up with the answer first

This one is going to drive me crazy!!! I have a vague, dream-like memory of this. I can't be sure if it was something else and I'm merging ti with another memory, but sounds so familiar.
