Help id a costume

Hiya folks,

I have run across a few of these black bodysuits with webbing deco in the past couple of months. Anyone know what they are? They seem a little bigger than mego size. Perhaps 9".

They are Tong Ninjas, and Mattel Mork on the end I think.
