I'm not usually that guy that claims things were better in the 70s, but stickers were better in the 70s! Along with the great collector cards for seemingly every TV show and movie from the decade, there was the awesome artwork that followed 60s fads like Rat Fink and Marx Nutty Mads!

What was your sticker of choice?

Boogers were for under the desk, not on your notebook!

My Mom managed a Hallmark store, so I had a seemingly endless supply of these Marvel stickers, made and sold by Hallmark.

Also, when I was in lower Elementary grades, other Hallmark stickers like Shirt Tales.

From something that gentle to the irreverent grossout humor of the Garbage Pail Kids. Man, I loved those things! Lots of other Topps stickers, too.

I was big on the Famous Monsters stickers. Tons of black and white monster stickers from the worst movies of the fifties and sixties and a few rare good ones from the thirties and forties. Several of the 6M$M stickers as well. Somewhere around the seventh grade I found myself drawn to the Charlie’s Angels stickers for mysterious reasons.
