    Toy-Ventures: Gerry Anderson UFO collection

Toy-Ventures returns with a tribute to one of my favourite Science Fiction shows of all time, Gerry and Sylvia Anderson’s UFO. This cool-looking series only ran a single season but there is plenty of awesome merchandise from all over the world. We look at Eidai Grip, Dinky toys, Custom Mego, 16 mm films, Imai model […]

Great video! All I know about this show I learned from you. I didn't even realize it was a thing until just a decade or so ago. I need to check out some episodes. It looks really cool and right up my alley. The merch looks like a lot of fun too.

One of my favorites! The DVD boxset is literally six inches away from my hand as I type this! Save for a few magazine articles, I never ran across any other merchandise, so this was a treat! Thanks for sharing your collection!

It's nice to see your collection. One of my best experiences here was discovering UFO, I'm really happy to have the DVD boxed set. The series is something special, very unique.

          Those are great customs.

              Great video.
I only have vague memories of the show. I remember watching it on Sunday evening when I was a small child.
And a few small flashes of scenes, but that is about it.
I really should check it out again some day.

UFO is like somebody took the American series The Invaders and made it way less incredibly boring

Always thought of the weird connection "koe-winkee-dink" between The Invaders and UFO

Roy Thinnes, star of The Invaders goes on to star in a Gerry Anderson produced movie called Doppelgänger --- "Journey to the Far Side of the Sun" to our Canadian and American friends

After that, suddenly UFO gets produced

                      Same here. Really nice collection.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
