    Wow, I've never seen that Superman before! For some reason he reminds me of a scaled up version of the much later STAS Burger King figure.

    I will admit I was a bit confused when you said "It's got wonderful Neal Adams artwork too" and I scrolled down just a bit and saw the Space: 1999 page. For a second I thought "Wait, some Japanese company did a Superman/Space: 1999 mash-up, and packed it in with an action figure!" It's still early in the morning, so sue me.

    I'm surprised I didn't own that Hulk belt. I had tons of those magnetic buckle belts as a kid, with lots of different licenses.

    Great stuff as always. Thanks for sharing!

        I'm blanking right now- STAS? I keep thinking Star Trek Animated Series, but I would have known about/collected those so that can't be it.

          I think you are on the right track. Pretty sure Chris was referring to Superman The Animated Series. Burger King did kid's meal toys for it in the late 90s.
