I forgot about those 2. I enjoyed them while they were on, and was sad to see them go.

Much like the Tremors series that was 13 episodes and gone on Sci-Fi.

Among so many others. It was so bad then, Family Guy even did a bit about it

South Beach (1993) Yancy Butler and Eagle Eye Cherry, lasted only 7 episodes, I guess it was supposed to be a 90’s Miami Vice rip off with a girl in the lead roll. I actually remember liking it, I think it was more for scenery than anything else.

I have to go with Banacek. It only lasted 17 episodes I watched every episode 3 times over.

My wife was into Kindred: The Embraced. It was based on the Vampire role-playing game as I recall. Stacey Hadiuk, Lana Lang from Supergirl was in it. Humina-humina!!!

    The Time Tunnel

Shame they didn't make enough episodes to lead into proper rerun syndication

There are numerous shows under this category for me:

Salvage-1 (which has already been mentioned)
    Time Trax
War of the Worlds - first season only as it went completely off the rails after the first episode of its second (final) season
    Police Squad!
    It’s Your Move
    Double Trouble
Marine Boy - think Speed Racer universe, but underwater
    Kimba, the White Lion
Kolchak, the Night Stalker (original series, not the remake)
    Night Gallery

I agree, especially with Lazarus Man & Brisco County. I liked the premise of Friday the 13th the Series and found many were good. It had uneven moments, but I loved the ones with RG Armstrong appearing.

Another show that just wasn't given its chance was Kindred The Embraced:Julian Luna, prince of several disparate vampire, or kindred, clans in San Francisco, has his job cut out for him as he must try to keep a tenuous peace among them while not being afraid to apply ruthless justice against those who would break kindred rules. Infractions that merit "final death" include the taking of human life and changing humans into vampires who have not volunteered for the transformation.

I did watch Journeyman, it was pretty cool!
If I really think about it, there are many many shows that I watched that didn’t last too long, or weren’t watched much.
Just off the top of my head I can think of:
    The Lizzie Borden Chronicles
    Witchblade
    Blade
    Total Recall 2070
