Palitalk - Episode #7 "Return of the Mantooth"

Taped another episode of "Palitalk" with Tony from the fantastic Analog Toys YouTube channel. We touch on a variety of vintage toy subjects and properties. I had a lot of fun doing it and i think it show, hope you enjoy it.

I find the casual-yet-knowledgeable, multi-perspective toy talk refreshing. Good on you guys for proving that can still be done. Although every time Tony's ungodly loud sound effect (before the questions) startles me out of my toy high!

I really enjoyed the few moments toward the end discussing the factory-variants/mishaps/assembly-thing. This is entirely how I've thought about finding (seemingly) endless versions Apes over the years. Yes, there are more colors of vinyl, plastic, and cloth used than any one of us will ever amass (although I keep trying ), and they can be really fun without any grand purpose or investigative analysis. We ran out of blue, but there was some grey lying around… <Wahlaa!> That's so much more representative of the era in contrast to today's air of *serious offers only.*

          I collect Smurfs. I don't judge.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
