They are addictive, but I lost my taste for Hot Toys a bit when they didn't stand behind their expensive product and replace the flaked Captain America shield from my First Avenger figure. I was even given some inside information on who to contact, and all they could ask in reply was "how did you get this email"?
I love their stuff, but I've been way more selective about what I buy since then.
