Planet of the Apes Circus Poster

I kind of swore off poster collecting here (I ran out of walls) but I couldn't resist this small one for the (officially licensed) Planet of the Apes circus shows that went on in the UK during 1974. This falls under the category of Mall Appearances and well, it's Planet of the Apes, so I'll find the wall space even if it means taking down my Marvel Alice Cooper comic.

Below is some footage from the UK that I believe may be connected to this event:

Fun piece!… there's other promo merch that goes with it too if you decide you just can't help yourself again.

Here's the entire background intel on fan club and the live shows: https://planetoftheapes.fandom.com/w...s_UK_Live_Show

The poster on the left looks like Tom Hanks as Taylor

Is this the British equivalent of the Frisco Zoo poster from the POTA TV episode?

Neat-o congrats. I am amazed of the depths of knowledge people have for such obviously obscure and rare memorabilia. I had no idea there even were POTA circus shows let alone posters from it.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Here another cool and rarely seen piece of Apes circus history, a Mexican souvenir photo booklet. Check out the family portrait; clearly a case of clowns ruining the evening again!

I thought that was this thread was going to be about when I saw the title- a reproduction on that poster. As cool as that would be, this circus poster is even cooler!

I think that same poster was on the POTA tv series? Burke and Urko were trapped in an old subway station after an earthquake in the abandoned city, the poster was on the subway wall.
