Classic Movie Monsters that actually glow in the dark!
I really wish some company would reissue the monsters cheap again. The last of the Revell reissues seem to have dried up. My son and I built a set of the basics (Dracula, Frankenstein, Wolf Man, Mummy and Creature) 5 or 6 years ago, and I'd love for my daughter to have the same opportunity. But I'd rather not pay more than $20 a pop.
I remember these very well, had the Mummy and Frankenstein, also Godzilla which was my favorite, I still have a pic
of me as a kid holding up the glow in the dark Godzilla box.
I kind of like how jacked the Wolfman is, I know that's weird.
I have a full set of these reissued kits, but I don't' think I can properly build them anymore. Damn eyesight. I liked the glow parts when I was a kid; as an adult modeller, I thought they were superfluous.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.
I hadn't heard of the Revell/Monogram demise.*sigh* My local hobby shop closed two years ago and I'm out of the loop. I have lots of kits I should sell, I suppose.

It was actually Revell's parent company Hobbico that went bankrupt.
Revell's assets were split between 2 or 3 companies (can't remember for sure)
Atlantis Toy and Hobby got all the tooling that was still here in the states.
Revell-Germany got everything that was over there. And I can't remember what happened to the assets that were in China.
https://www.atlantis-models.com/ has been bringing out a lot of kits that haven't seen the light of day in decades. Not much for figures, but if anyone is into real-space or other cool old stuff.
