Timpo made these originally and they were called Swoppits, however, in the general spirit of toys in the 70's these were knocked off very often... I have a case of unopened Cowboy and Indian sets from this time period, all unmarked. They came in large playset configurations as well as little boxed sets, which is where the stage coach would likely show up.
That's a Timpo Swoppet knock off. Several companies made swoppets in the 60s/70s. Mostly in England, although in the US we had pretty cool American Revolution swoppet sets called Men of '76 sold as a premium bagged at gas stations and carded during the bicentenial. They were slighty retooled timpo knock offs, but I LOVE them.
Almost all major swoppet manufacturers marked the figures. The big few would be Timpo, Elastolin, Britains and Cherilea. Almost all knock offs are just marked "hong kong"
