Retailers finally fully adopted this idea as you can find Spidey, Cap, Iron Man, Batman, etc. masks at big box stores all year long now.

hmmm, back in the early 90's I bought a box of junk toys at a garage sale.

Inside it had like 10 C3PO masks like above -- but they were pink --- on closer inspection I think they were molded in pink and never painted.

Not sure whatever happened to them
