If I could wish one not produced toy into existence, it would likely be the Mego Palomino play set pictured here. I had a strong affection for the Black Hole as a kid and it continues to this day.

This would have been a great playset back in the day and display collectible today.

At the time though I wasn't a fan of the Palomino

Thought it looked too much like the lunar lander (which doesn't jive with the tech that built the Cygnus and Probe Ship YEARS before).

I never thought of it but it is very lunar lander. Probably the designers were going for a realism to the production.

That said, I regret not picking up more Black Hole toys than I did. Still one of my all time favs.

Always loved the movie. Still have Maximillian and V.I.N.CENT... but lost my Sentry Robot somewhere along the way.
Really wish I'd have been lucky enough to pick up Old B.O.B., the Humanoid and S.T.A.R as a kid in Ontario.
Hurry up with the Blu-ray already, Disney.
