...I'm just gonna post again.
I was shopping in Walgreens on Sunday for a few odds and ends I missed at the grocery store. I like to stroll in the toy area, just because. And I've past the cheapie walkie talkies any number of times in there. But b/c one of my kids brought in his walkie-talkies last week, (and they all were just being goofy w/ them), I decided that since I never owned any as a kid, I wanted some now. The set cost all of $6 and takes a 9-volt battery each. They're green, small, have push to talk buttons and a code sender button. This was purely impulsive, and I'm not even gonna get to play w/ them until I babysit again, but I'm happy.
Have any of you bought something kinda silly purely on impulse?
