You have to provide your own Bionic Sound FX

I am totally in love with this ad for the Fun Stuf Electro Genic Arm, obviously a toy made to cash in on the popularity of Steve Austin, it's just piece of plastic with a circuit sticker on it that a child uses to simulate that they're bionic
That is what's so incredibly cool about this toy, I can imagine spending hours with this thing pretending to be a cyborg until I broke it and well, moved on to the next thing.
(Note the mention of "He" in this ad, guess Funstuf never heard of the Bionic Woman, back to your easy bake ovens girls, Funstuf doesn't want your money. )

      "Da-na-na-na-na-na-na-na..."

Aww, phooey on their male chauvinism...I woulda begged my mom for one anyway. I was so into the Bionic Woman, and making my doll do everything Jaime Sommers did. I was even the BW for Halloween! This would have topped off my Ben Cooper costume nicely.

Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic

Actually the downfall of this item was that it was mounted using double sided tape. Removing it was like ripping off an 18 inch band-aid. There are probably some people still wearing it rather than take it off after 32 years.

PS I'm just kidding. It uses wood screws!!!
It's not a doll it's an action figure.

wow never seen that....don't think it made it over here....my younger brother would have loved that...he was sooo convinced he was Steve Austin that he jumped through the living room window (on the 2nd floor) when he was young after watching an episode,...lucky we lived above a shop which meant there was a huge window sill outside where the shop canopy was housed, and he landed on that with amazingly no cuts from the glass.
Zod knows what he would have done with one of those babys on his arm.
ENGLISH AND DAMN PROUD OF IT British by birth....English by the grace of God. Yes Jamie...it is big isn't it....
