    More Waterskiing Superhero Antics

New to our page about the Superheroes Waterski show at Sea World are these awesome shots from Betsy who attended this show in January of 1976. I can't tell you how much I love these!

Robin, Batgirl, Batman, Supergirl and Superman giving their bows, I honestly love how you can see the audience in this picture. Anybody got any more shots from Sea World? Bring 'em on!

I saw this show at Sea World in Ohio. My dad filmed it with his super 8 camera (no sound of course). I have that film still, buried in the attic somewhere. I also have the poster (buried in the garage). I've got to get this stuff unburied someday. I'd love to transfer that old film onto DVD.

I saw it in Ohio, too. A road-trip from Michigan with my buddy and his mom. It was one of the coolest things I remember from childhood… right up there with meeting Spider-Man at Montgomery Ward and the anticipation of watching "Kiss Meets the Phantom of the Park" and that awful Super-Hero Roast. Ah, those were the days.

I saw this show in Orlando, FL with my aunt and uncle. I still have the program somewhere that is autographed by "Batman" and "Wonder Woman". I remember they were also selling the giant Justice League of America comic too but I already had that. I remember they had a dark haired guy playing Jimmy Olsen who MC'd the show (so much for keeping it real folks) and they did a magic show featuring Aquaman's wife Mera and Batgirl. It was a pretty decent selection of DC heroes. All they really did though was a standard water ski show with the skiers dressed as heroes and a few villians thrown in. No real display of super powers or special effects unless you count the guy dressed as Flash sking barefoot!
