My Baribe collecting wife believes it is a clone Barbie (her hands look blow-molded), not doubt capitalizing on the Julia doll. She asks if the clothes have any tags? The outfit is similar to the actual Julia doll's clothes.

No tags, sadly. And the only marking I can find on her body is "made in Hong Kong."
I got this in a lot like 15 years ago, and recently came across it again. Probably will go on eBay to see if anyone wants it.--
