Reminds me of the little rubber creature my grandfather had hanging from his rear view mirror in Puerto Rico. I don't know what it was called, but it was an ugly little cuss with sharp teeth, solid red eyes, and was looked like a leprechaun that had been beaten with an ugly stick.
