rare finds, palitoy action man, retired sales reps hoard in loft discovered

a cool article I thought id share with the gi joe ..action man collectors

Paul Carpenter found the accessories while clearing the loft for his father Doug, 88, who used to work for British toy firm Palitoy. The judo outfit box is so rare, experts aren't sure when it was first produced.

^Yes, it makes me a bit woozy to imagine all that stuff. These big finds are exciting. Some of the Palitoy items are so striking.

I have this Mego fantasy that someone finds an unshipped case of Wards SI outfits in a shuttered Hong Kong warehouse.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.
