Oh boy. What great memories these Corgi classics give me. I can't tell you how many Black Beauties and Batmobiles I went through as a kid. I was lucky to nab me a gift set edition a few years back for a great price. It's a darn shame they don't make them like that anymore.

I remember seeing for the first time the Enterprise and Klingon Battle Cruiser at an Odd Lots close out store as a kid. They were cheap enough my Grandparents obliged me. I loved them so much even with their inaccuracies.

The only large scale Corgi I had as a kid was the Batcyle, which I got in the mid-80s, probably closed-out, from a distant relative who NEVER gave me a Christmas present...except that year. I still have it!
