I still have this set, but it is nearly destroyed from me playing with it all the time. It was my absolute favorite of all my colorforms! The artwork on the box is amazing!
I loved this one, and will forever remind me of one of the greatest birthdays of my life as a kid. I got this Colorforms set AND a boxed Mego Captain America from my parents that year. Plus, we were on vacation at my grandparent's summer home on Lake Michigan. August of 1978 (or, was it 77? I can't remember the year for sure) was a great one, indeed.
I had this as a kid and would play with it every chance that I got. I would beam the crew from Star Trek into it and encounter the monsters. The characters from my Batman, G.I. Joe Adventure Team, Spider-Man and Superman Colorforms would also cross over. I played it so much that it was falling apart and my mother made me toss it. I bought another one a few years ago but it was missing a few pieces.
