    Tomy games

I had Blip, Digital Derby, and Digital Diamond (baseball). Mine are still in their boxes, but have not been played in years due to breakage, etc. Anyone else have these mechanical non-electronic, electronic games back in the day?
    It's all good!

Oh yeah, I had a bunch of them. After the initial popularity of Blip, Digital Derby, etc., they launched a whole line called "Pocket Arcade". But even better were the Tomy "Mini Arcade" games. They were shaped just like miniature arcade cabinets, with specialized control panels, side-art, the whole shebang. Some of them even had realistic sound effects and speech, with an actual miniature record playing inside! My favorite as a kid was "Cosmic Clash".

I didn't have any back in the day. I wanted a Blip, but my mom gave me a choice between the Telstar video games and Blip, and you know which one I chose!

But I do have Blip now. When I used to work in after school care, I'd sometimes take it w/ me and the kids just loved it!

Mikey, I know. They are a real blast from the past.

I had more than one of them. I know that I had the ring-toss, for sure.

Digital Derby was the only electronic game I had.

Tomy made really good cheap games but ones with water were my favorite.
