Yeah, they left no stone unturned when it came to making a character on the cheap. Xena into She-Hulk was one of the worst offenders.

They even kept Captain America's scale tunic texture on USAgent.

although to be fair, we did end up with a lot of characters that we otherwise would not have gotten if they required original sculpts, particularly during a time when female figures were either short-packed or peg-hangers. The Hall of Fame She-Force line gave us an avalanche of interesting repaints.

I always thought this was just the ultimate peg warmer and phoned in repaint.
