    The lack of Micronauts love...

    OUCH

Comic Action heros and Pocket heros, I did not get or like. Not after having 8 inch Mego's Why would anyone want figures posed in permanent "I'm taking a dump" pose. Never liked those lines and hated the fact Mego scaled back the 8 inch line for them. I get it now, but then. YUCK Still don't like em.

I had Major Matt Mason, the Colorform Aliens, and the Dawn Dolls, because the astronauts needed wives. I also had a 6 tier shampoo tower from a grocery store for their moonbase. I had Matchbox cars too. I never wanted anything else. My mom talked me into the dolls. I found out years later that when I was at school, she would go in and play with them.

I never could stand the RAH little Joes. They were no GI Joe to me, and in my mind they took up valuable toy shelf real estate that could have held more Star Wars toys.

Never got into the building sets like Lego. Also never had an interest in Hot Wheels, Matchbox cars, or slot race car sets.

I had a ton of Matchbox cars and Tonka trucks when I was a kid that I never liked or played with. They were given to me as gifts before I was old enough to show interest in or ask for specific toys. They would occasionally get played with by friends or cousins who would visit, but for the most part they rarely saw the light of day. I never had any interest in them or even understood how to actually play with them.

I am going to be massacred for this, but Megos. I was a Kenner kid and thought Megos were cheap and poorly made. I have come to appreciate them later in life.

Although I watched the cartoon, I never got into G.I. Joe: RAH (and aside from a couple of Joes I got as random gifts at times, I never had any). I never watched the cartoon or had much interest in Transformers. Part of this, I know, was that my allowance was only going to stretch a little ways, and having really started my toy "collecting" with Empire's Legends of the West (which was boosted by the Gabriel Lone Ranger & Zorro lines) and then added first Masters of the Universe and then SuperPowers, that was it for lines I collected, and so I didn't really pursue much about these others. Because of these specific lines, I didn't collect but did like the Secret Wars toys, for example, and I never went after Star Wars, even though I loved the movies.

Wanted: Legends of the West (Empire & Excel) and other western historically-based figures. Send me an offer.
Also interested in figures based on literary characters.

My sister and I hated the Weebles with a passion when we got them instead of more of the Little People. They were often the butt of our fat jokes.

This was a tough one for me because I liked a lot of toys as a kid and well, it's a given I thought most girls toys weren't for me.

I guess I really had no love for Dukes of Hazzard toys, I liked the show for about four episodes and then it kinda fell flat for me. I remember when the Mego figures came out all they did was remind me of the Superheroes and Planet of the Ape characters of years earlier. They made me kind of melancholy I guess, never had them, never will.

Never liked the LJN Emergency or Rookies figures because I never watched the shows and I remember laughing at the excel Kojak dolls in Bi-Way, thinking they were really lame.

Just slightly too old for Transformers but I remember working in a toy store that Christmas that they launched. It's not like I hate them but I just have zero interest in them.

G.I. Joes of any size. Never liked the big guys and even though my friends loved them, I never got into the RAH. I think was getting more into comics by that time. I kinda dig most other classic toy lines, if I knew about them.

Just about (not all) any of early-mid 70's figures over 6" that wore cloth outfits/costumes. Too much like Barbie and lacked (any/many) cool villains.
I am more than machine. More than man. More than a fusion of the two.

I was right in the middle of the G.I Joe RAH and He-Man craze as a kid and I have no love for them. GI Joe was like a model you put together then put on those little stickers all backwards then you played with it, it fell apart instantly. Cool comic and cartoon but hated the toys.

Count me as non-Hot Wheels, Tonka, etc., kid. RC never interested me either. I think I had a few Hot Wheels, mostly hand me downs, and I definitely appreciated some Corgi stuff, but pushing little cars around never did it for me. For a short period I DID have a thing for die-cast motorcycles though.
